Seed the Sound Sundays feature local and touring musicians. This week, Classical Revolution DC presents classical guitar duo – The Coda Duo.

The Coda Duo(https://www.facebook.com/TheCodaDuo?sk=wall) is an award-winning classical guitar duo based in Columbia, SC. Brett Floyd and Christopher Jenkins won first place at the Brownsville Guitar Ensemble Festival and Competition in May 2010. The Coda Duo has been part of numerous performing arts series including the North Charles…ton Arts Festival and events at George Mason University, Anderson University, Erskine College, and University of South Carolina, as well as the Rosario Guitar Festival. In 2010, they recorded and premiered the three movement work, “Sonata Andaluz,” which was composed and dedicated to The Coda Duo by German composer Ralf Bauer­Mörkens.
