My wife, Agnes and I truly appreciated the high quality performance of the Classical Revolution DC at La Portas on May 1, 2011.
Unfortunately, some guests, who did not seem to be interested by the music at all, were noisy and spoke very loudly. So that we could hear more about one of the guest's eye surgery than from Gabriel Fauré's beuatiful chamber music.
As a suggestion: guests should be asked ahead, whether they care about the live classical music performance at at all, and if not, they should be offered alternative seating on the other end of the restaurant. They should be warned that by opting for the site of the music, they are expected to keep quiet.
